COPPER PATINA
User Instructions

Inland Copper Patina creates a super bright, shiny copper appearance to your soldered seams.

Safety

1. Avoid eye contact and prolonged skin contact
2. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN.
3. Do not freeze, store in a cool place.
4. Refer to MSDS for additional information

Instructions

1. It is a good idea to practice on a sample piece until you perfect your technique.
2. Thoroughly clean your project with a cleaner like Inland Flux Remover to remove all flux and cutting residues.
3. Remove any accumulated oxidation. The surface should appear clean and shiny if properly prepared. (You can remove oxidation from your solder seams by gently scrubbing with 0000 gauge steel wool).
4. Use a clean brush to generously apply the patina to your soldered seams. Continue brushing onto seams until you achieve the desired finish.
5. Rinse thoroughly under running water to remove excess patina.
6. Applying a finishing compound or wax to your patinated seams will help keep their bright copper color.
