EASYMARK ENGRAVER™
User Instructions
Operating Instructions
- Make sure the engraving diamond tip is securely fastened in the chuck before plugging adapter into electrical receptacle.
-
Make sure that the power connection from the engraver to the top of the
adapter cord is lined properly: + to + and Θ to Θ.
- Turn switch to "ON".
- Hold the engraver like a pen and apply minimal pressure--allow the
diamond to do the work. Applying too much force will cause the diamond
tip to rotate at a slower speed and work less effectively.
- All
diamond tools last longer if you keep the abrasive surface and the
material being worked wet. This has the added benefit of greatly
reducing the danger of breathing debris.
Changing
Diamond Tips
- Unplug the EasyMark™ Glass Engraver.
- Use pliers to grasp and pull the diamond tip straight out.
- Insert new diamond tip into the chuck making sure it seats fully down into the chuck.
